Breeze Whisper is a utility spell useful for long-distance communication.
To cast this spell, the caster first focuses on the recipient of her message. Then, she places both hands near her chest and says aloud the message that she wishes to say to the target. After saying the message, the caster blows onto or near her hands, causing many shining leaves to appear. These leaves will fly across the land until the location of the target, and will speak to him a telepathic version of the message. The travel time of the message depends on the distance, and travels at a rate comparable to a speeding horse. As such, any corner of Hyrule should be reachable in less than a day's time. If the leaves are unable to reach the recipient--such as if the sender or recipient is in a sealed-off cell--it may be impossible for him to receive the message.
Notably, the color of the leaves vary from one caster to another.

The user can gain the Instant Whisper augment can be simultaneously with the original spell, or separately at a later time.
With this augment, Breeze Whisper becomes more effective when cast. Instead of physically traveling to the recipient, the leaves vanish and then reappear at the recipient's location. This allows nearly instantaneous message transmittal, and enables communication through barriers the leaves would not normally be able to travel.
Trivia
The Breeze Whisper treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Exeggutor. It is based on an ability used by the Maku Tree in Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages.
