'''Litonium''' appears as smooth black metal.  It can be used as a [[material]] by a [[Weaponsmith]] to create a weapon or shield, or by an [[Outfitter]] to create armor.  Litonium itself, as well as anything crafted from it, has a magical property which can be activated through the willpower of anyone holding or touching it.  When activated, the object will be reduced to a half of its original weight, and stay as such, until the holder willfully deactivates it.

When Litonium is used twice, it effectively reduces the weight of an item by half permanently.
