'''Amphibious Vehicle''' is a relatively limited spell which is used to transform an aquatic vehicle into a land vehicle, or vice versa.

To cast this spell, the caster must concentrate for several seconds, then touch the vehicle while it is entering water or running ashore. The vehicle will then slowly and harmlessly transform into another version of itself--likely either a simple sailboat, or a caravan powered by a small and simple magical engine. The new form is generally not as efficient as one designed specifically for that terrain. A created sailboat is likely boxy and not hydrodynamic. A created caravan likely won't be as fast as one pulled by horses. Notably, very large sea ships--such as galleons--cannot be transformed into reasonable land vehicles.

Regardless of the transformation made, it lasts until the sea vehicle once again docks on a shore, or until the land vehicle again attempts to enter water. The vehicle will then transform back into its normal state, and cannot be made to transform back prematurely. While at least one vehicle is transformed by this spell, the caster normally cannot transform another.
