All Gorons are capable of tucking into a ball and rolling, but Gorons who've mastered this technique can perform a special technique while rolling. Such a Goron can accelerate faster and faster over a period of about five seconds, before their body magically sprouts six-inch-long spikes and they shoot forward at incredible speed, somewhere around 50 mph (or 80 km/h). These spikes also aid in traction on slippery surfaces, such as ice or those covered with a [[Slicker]]. However, steering becomes incredibly difficult, making anything but a straight trajectory nigh-impossible. This effect quickly drains the user of power, so it can only be maintained for a minute or two without breaking the effect. Crashing into an unbreakable object will also halt the user, often causing significant damage to his body in the process.
