With the '''Landmine''' technique, the user is capable of producing a bomb which has been previously modified to take instead the shape of a landmine. A landmine is circular metal device a few inches high and roughly a foot in diameter that can be rigged to be either pressure sensitive (detonated when stepped on) or proximity sensitive (detonated when the ground quakes nearby). Once planted by the user, the device will arm itself within a few seconds, after which it will be detonated when triggered. The detonation's power is equivalent to whatever explosive was used to create it. Because this explosion is focused entirely upward, however, it is generally more damaging than the normal variant of the explosive. It is possible for several mines to be placed in close proximity, potentially dealing even greater damage.
