A '''Shock Ring''', also known as a '''Jolt Ring''', appears as a small metallic ring to be worn on the finger, usually with a silver band embedded with either yellow or violet gems. This ring is particularly prized by fist-fighters, and the bane of those who rely on metallic armor for protection.

For so long as it is worn on the hand, whenever that hand forms a fist, it will visibly jolt and audibly crackle with electricity. The wearer herself is unharmed by these electrick shocks, but they will channel through anything she touches like normal electricity does.

The more momentum the wearer's fist has, the greater the electric power becomes. So, for example, gently pressing her fist to a surface would only give it an unpleasant shock comparable to static electricity. A full-powered body-blow, by contrast, could send the victim into convulsing agony.
