Solar Stun is a defensive, disabling spell. To cast it, the user must remain stationary for several seconds as he focuses his magic power into one of his hands. From his hand will then be fired at high speed a fixed beam of light, which can travel up to 40 meters (or about 130 feet) so long as no objects block its trajectory. Though the beam is continuous, as a laser, its direction cannot be changed. The caster and the beam both remain stationary for approximately five seconds, but will end sooner if the caster moves. The beam of light will freeze in place any being it strikes, who will remain frozen until the beam dissipiates. If the target has a weakness to Light-based attacks, the target will suffer minor to extreme burns, depending on the severity of its weakness.
