Vector Launch is a versatile utility technique which can be used to control or enhance movement. To use it, the user momentarily he focuses his energy into a flat surface, while touching it with his fingertips. From that point emerges a large, flat arrow on the surface. The arrow appears black, with white trim, just under 3 feet (or 1 meter) in length--it must point straight in one designated direction. The arrow can form anywhere the user wishes, so long as his fingertips touched some part of the final arrow. The arrow must be capable of fitting entirely on a flast surface, and will not form on particularly coarse or warped surfaces.
When an entity of sufficient size touches the arrow, it will abruptly slide forward along the ground at a speed of approximately 25 mph (or 40 km/h), a bit faster than a sprinting Hylian. This movement is particularly bizarre, as the user will slide forward as if on a frictionless surface so long as the ground remains flat, and will slow to a stop naturally over a period of seconds. A human can easily brace himself to stand upright on the arrow with proper preparation, but an unprepared one is likely to trip. If the accelerated entity leaves the ground (i.e., a human hops completely off the ground), the sliding effect will end, and he will have normal traction with the ground as soon as he lands.
Once an arrow placed with Vector Launch accelerates an entity, the arrow itself will disappear. An arrow generally does not affect any object which has negligable weight (roughly less than 12 pounds, or 5 kg).
Normally, the user can manifest up to three arrows simultaneously, and each will last until it accelerates an object. If the user manifests a new arrow with this technique, it replaces the oldest arrow even if it hasn't served its purpose.

The user can gain the Additional Arrows augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. This augment can be gained repeatedly. Every time it is gained, the user is able to manifest two additional arrows without removing the oldest one. With two of these augments, for example, a user can manifest up to seven arrows simultaneously.
Trivia
The Vector Launch treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Eevachu. Credit also goes to Quill.
