A Mask of Scents usually bears the grotesque appearance of a swine, moblin, or canine. Wearing the mask greatly amplifies the wearer's sense of smell, enabling him to outdo even trained bloodhounds. He can even minutely detect emotions, the presence of magic, and the presence of violence, with varying accuracy. The wearer's remaining senses are dulled to approximately half their normal sensitivity.

- Scent is a variant of this treasure which grants its wearer similar powers of smell, in the form of a trait which is always active. This variant is easier to obtain if the user is a Moblin, Lizalfos, or Lynel.
