Infernal Birth is a utility trait, and a distinct, and a exclusive racial perk for Subrosians. As such, a Subrosian can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. Since this is an exclusive perk, other races normally cannot acquire it as a treasure.
Due to a unique ritual performed at birth, many Subrosians have a natural proficiency for Fire treasures. When determining the cost of such a treasure, treat each the Subrosian's PWC attributes as each being 1 point higher, to a maximum of 5.
