A '''Staff of Tremors''' usually appears as a purple cane with a rounded tip, often as long as the wielder's arm. To use it, all a wielder must do is grip it by the handle, and swing it through the air. This will cause the staff to vibrate, with vibrations originating at the tip. The vibrations produce deep, ominous sounds as most vibrating objects would. The harder the staff is swung, the greater the vibrations will be. The staff will not vibrate if it is not held in the hand. | A '''Staff of Tremors''' usually appears as a purple cane with a rounded tip, often as long as the wielder's arm. A Staff of Tremors usually appears as a purple cane with a rounded tip, often as long as the wielder's arm.

The user can gain the Staff of Echoes augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time.
Normally, a Staff of Echoes appears and functions like a Staff of Tremors would. However, when the wielder grips it with two (or more) hands, the vibrations abruptly intensify, becoming so powerful that the deep noises become much louder. If the user summons all his strength and swings the cane with both hands overhead, he can (usually) produce an "echo" projectile which shoots forward from the apex of the swing at roughly 200 mph (90 m/s, equivalent to an arrow leaving a longbow). This projectile is not visible itself, but visibly rends all light which passes through it, making it visible in that way. This "echo" projectile thus appears as a watermelon-sized phenomenon speeding through the air. This invisible projectile produces a thunderous boom, and wildly vibrates everything through which it passes. Glass windows will be broken, and most creatures will either be momentarily deafened or stunned by the blast. Creatures significantly lighter than the wielder will usually be knocked over by the force of the echo, while creatures of similar weight or larger will not lose balance so long as they are properly braced against the ground.
Trivia
- A Weaponsmith can treat a Staff of Tremors as a material for the purpose of combining its effects with other materials or treasures into one weapon. For determining how many materials the Weaponsmith can craft into one item, treat this item as though it had a set cost of 8 rupees. For a Staff of Tremors with the Staff of Echoes augment, treat it as though it had a set cost of 24 rupees.
- The Staff of Tremors treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Vladislak. He originally created it on Hylian Shield, the predecessor to Hyrule Castle.
