Pure Water is a simple spell which can be cast simply by touching a liquid, and concentrating one's magic into it for a few seconds. So long as the liquid has a consistency similar to water, it will instantly transform into pure and clean water. Indeed, the fluid is not merely cleansed, but completely and magically transformed.

Each cast of this spell can, at most, affect only about as much liquid as could fit in a common drinking glass. Any liquid body larger than this will not be affected by the spell, unless it is first isolated into small enough portions.
