So I'm just going to assume that this was some sort of mistake but Void Wave's Cost information seems a bit wonky. Putting aside that it is apparently Lowest Cost, it seems instead of PWC, everything was just listed as "7 [Value of stat]", that is 7 was used in the place of P, W, or C.
