Infernal Birth is a utility trait, and a exclusive racial perk for Zora. As such, a Zora can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. Since this is an exclusive perk, other races normally cannot acquire it as a treasure.
Due to their amphibious nature, many Zora have a natural proficiency for Water treasures. When determining the cost of such a treasure, treat each of the Zora's PWC attributes as each being 2 points higher, to a maximum of 5.
