Infernal Birth is a utility trait, and a racial perk for Zora. As such, a Zora may gain this treasure during character creation. A Zora may gain this treasure normally after creation, albeit at half the normal cost that would be required of other races.
Due to their amphibious nature, many Zora have a natural proficiency for Water treasures. When determining the cost of such a treasure, treat each of the Zora's PWC attributes as each being 2 points higher, to a maximum of 5.
