Hoarder is a utility trait, and a racial perk for Tokay. As such, a Tokay can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. If a Tokay chooses to gain this perk at some point after creation, the perk costs 15 rupees less than the listed cost.
The user is particularly adept at hoarding a certain small magical or otherwise bizarre trinkets. When gaining a magical item, mechanical item, or organic item which is in the Lowest Cost price category, he may reduce its cost by 10 rupees, down to a minimum total cost of 10 rupees. When gaining such an item in the Lower Cost price category, he may reduce its cost instead by 5 rupees, down to a minimum total cost of 10 rupees.
