The Life-Binding Charm is a small trinket or medal, usually coming in the form of a pendant.

While worn, the wearer becomes unable to himself use any treasures of the Heal field, but can otherwise still be affected by such treasures. Simultaneously, the pendant dramatically increases the wearer's body's natural ability to heal itself. While resting, the wearer becomes able to quickly heal minor injuries like bruises and cuts. Even more serious injuries like broken bones can be healed over the course of a few nights. While active, the user is slightly more resilient to fatigue and injury.

When worn, this charm binds itself to the wearer. As such, it will not function for anyone else except the designated wearer. The charm will become unbound on its own if it remains unworn for a considerable length of time (which varies by charm, but will always be at least 24 hours). After being unbound, the charm will bind itself to the next individual who wears it.

The Life-Binding Charm treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Clooby.
