Skulltula Paste is an organic item supposedly created from Skulltula webbing, and appears as gooey white paste. A single jar can be used to coat a surface with a powerful, sticky adhesive. The adhesive is so potent that all but the strongest of individuals would have difficulty tearing apart two objects glued together by it. However, the paste is highly flammable, and can also be easily washed away with any amount of water.
A supply of Skulltula Paste represents a few handheld jars, which are presumably re-filled by the user in between adventures.
The Skulltula Paste treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Quill.
