Calm is a defensive spell. To cast it, the user must concentrate for several seconds. After the spell is cast, the weather will quickly calm, within a reasonable time scale. Storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, sandstorms, and the like will turn into sunny, partly cloudy, or cloudy weather as soon as could be expected to happen under mundane conditions. If a the chaotic conditions were created by another treasure and did not occur naturally, however, the caster can undo such changes within seconds of casting this spell.
