Slipdust itself appears as a fine, silvery powder. Its effect is revealed when ingested. After an onset period of a minute or so, the consumer will become extremely open to suggestion. The consumer can be easily convinced in to performing a wide variety of actions they otherwise would not do. The victim will follow the advice or orders of a person who would otherwise be ignored or detested. It is unlikely he will remember any details of what occurred between when he was drugged, and when he recovered.
Controlling others against their will is an abhorrent act and a crime in Hyrule. Thus, Slipdust itself may be considered an illegal substance, and crafting it may be regarded as a crime.
