A Hawkeye is a mask covering the top half of the wearer's face, bearing the visage of a hawk or similar bird of prey. The wearer can adjust it with a touch of the hand to have the mask zoom in on objects in the wearer's vision, or zoom back out to normal. In effect, this item functions like modern binoculars.

The Hawkeye treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Twilight Princess. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki.

The user can gain the Hands Free augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. A Hawkeye with this augment can be operated telepathically, allowing the wearer to adjust its zoom without using his hands.
