The Bunny Hood appears as a hood worn on the head, fixed with yellow bunny ears. The wearer is granted vastly enhanced speed of movement. They are at all times capable of moving their body at 150% its normal acceleration and velocity, which affects a myriad of other aspects--from their jumping distance to their ability to dance. This effect specifically affects the speed of physical movement, excluding the wearer's mental processing speed, reflexes, bodily functions, and aging speed, among other effects which would be altered by the speed of time. Once the hood has grown to like one wearer, its effect will never work for anyone else.

This is a Major treasure. A character who has never gained a Major treasure may gain this treasure normally. Otherwise, the character must first acquire Major Gain specifically to gain this treasure.

Trivia

  • Pegasus Boots or a Pegasus Seed Supply can be used to increase the user's running speed more than Bunny Hood, but only affect running speed.
  • The Bunny Hood treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Ocarina of Time. The hood didn't gain its speed-boosting properties until Majora's Mask, however.
