Mortal Draw is an offensive technique, best used against a solitary enemy. To use it, the user must have a sheathed weapon which can be easily drawn. The technique begins by the user remaining motionless, sealing off his senses as he focuses all his power into his sheathed weapon. After several seconds of motionless focus have passed, the user lashes forth his weapon at blinding speed, striking with vicious force. Common monsters will usually be slain instantly by this technique, if they give the user enough time to focus and draw his weapon. Dungeon bosses, player-characters, and NPCs who are struck will almost invariably take heavy damage, but may not be instantly slain.
The Mortal Draw treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Twilight Princess. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki.
