Eternal Youth is a trait, and a innate racial perk for Kokiri. As such, all Kokiri innately must have this treasure, even if the treasure is undesired. Normally, no other races can obtain this treasure.
Due to the magic affecting all Kokiri, members of such a race will not age, and always remain physically and mentally the equivalent of a Hylian child. Transforming into either race--such as with a Transformation Mask--will change the user into an eternal youth for so long as they are of the race. Despite this, Kokiri still have a somewhat normal lifespan, as they will pass on after roughly a century.
