Enchanter is a utility trait, and a racial perk for Wizzrobes. As such, a Wizzrobe can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. If a Wizzrobe gains this perk as a normal treasure some point after creation, it costs 15 rupees less than normal. Other races acquire this treasure normally.

Trained to use magical enchantments, individuals considered to be Enchanters have a natural proficiency for spells belonging to the Enchant field. When determining the cost of such a treasure, the user may reduce its cost by 10 rupees, so long as the cost of the spell doesn't fall below 10 rupees. This benefit doesn't apply to any augments of the spell, however.
