Splinter Crystals are a material used by Weaponsmiths to create bladed weaponry. These crystals typically appear as a crystalline formation of a dull blue color, though unusual color variations have been discovered.
When a bladed weapon is forged with this material, it is capable of having one of the sharpest edges known to Hyrule, albeit also one of the most brittle.
