Fire Glyph is a spell which can be used to place a magical snare. While standing on solid ground, the caster may focus for two seconds to pass a faintly glowing pattern about three feet (or one meter) across. The next being (friend or foe) which passes over the glyph will trigger from it a fiery explosion equivalent to a standard Bomb, thereby erasing the glyph. If a glyph goes unactivated for five minutes, it will vanish. Attempting to place a new glyph will replace the former.

Lowest Cost W5: 10 rupees |
The user can gain the Additional Glyph augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. This augment can be gained up to four times. Each time it is gained, the caster can create an additional glyph simultaneously. If the limit is exceeded by placing a new glyph, the new glyph will replace the oldest.
Trivia
- Electric Trap has a similar effect of placing an elemental trap on the ground. It takes more time to place, but can last up to 24 hours.
- The Fire Glyph treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Tsubori.
