Electric Aura is an offensive electric spell, and a racial perk for Subrosians. As such, a Subrosian can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. If a Subrosian chooses to gain this perk at some point after creation, the perk costs 15 rupees less than the listed cost. The natural physiology of the Subrosian race enables them to use this spell easily. Because of this, a Subrosian can treat Flame Aura as either a spell or technique.

At will, the caster is able to surround herself in pure flames, hovering a few inches above the surface of her skin, scorches and burns anything that touches it, other than the caster. Unlike normal fire, these magical flames will not ignite other objects. This aura lasts approximately one-to-three seconds, and because of the strain it imposes on one's magic strength, this can normally only be manifested once every 3 minutes. With one level in Magic Power, it can be used once per minute. With two levels in Magic Power, it can be used once every 20 seconds. For the purpose of Flame Aura, a Subrosian is treated as though she has one more level in Magic Power than she actually does.
