A Muscle Band can come in a variety of forms, from a metallic bracelet to an elastic headband. Regardless, it is always a band that can be worn on the body.
While the band is worn, the user's physical strength is magically altered. The wearer's strength becomes equivalent to the strength of a Darknut or Lynel. A particularly strong Korok with a Muscle Band will be able to match the strength of a particularly strong Lynel. Simultaneously, a particularly weak Korok with a Muscle Band will still be weaker than even an average Lynel . Indeed, relative strength is reflected appropriately by the Muscle Band. As such, any Lynel or Darknut will not be any stronger or weaker while wearing a Muscle Band.
A strange side-effect of the Muscle Band is that the wearer's body tends to become much more dense and heavy. Because of this, feats of strength which move the body--such as running or jumping--are not significantly effected. A lightweight Deku Scrub won't be able to jump much higher even with a Muscle Band. That Deku Scrub also becomes significantly harder for other creatures to lift or move, however.
