Sharp's Song is a horrific tune created by an infamous Poe, which inflicts physical aches and harm on those who hear it played.
For anyone who clearly hears the user playing this song, their bodies will immediately begin to ache and lose energy, gradually becoming lethargic and causing movements to become slowed and sluggish. Though it varies on the hearer's willpower, strength, and proximity to the song, it takes about a full minute of hearing before the user loses the strength to move, another minute to lose consciousness, and finally one more minute to meet death through this song.
If the victim is still conscious after being affected by the song, she will still be at least someone sore--as if tired from physical labor--but will immediately begin to move, and will gradually regain energy at a natural rate.
If the victim muffles the song as if by covering her ears, or by using an Ear of Truth, she will not be affected by its harmful effects. Similarly, any creature that is not alive--specifically undead--will never be affected even if she should clearly hear the song. Finally, recordings of the song do not retain its harmful effects.
