While the Snowshoe Ring is worn on one's finger, the wearer gains two benefits. First, he never sinks into snow, and can always walk effortlessly across the top of it. Second, he can choose to maneuver over the surface of ice, or any other water-soaked surface, as if he had perfect traction. Similarly, the wearer can stride comfortably across surfaces that are lubricated with oil, or otherwise slippery.
Trivia
- An Outfitter can treat a Snowshoe Ring as a material for the purpose of combining its effects with other materials or treasures into any item she can craft. When determining how many materials the Outfitter can craft into one item, treat this item as though it had a set cost of 8 rupees.
- The Snowshoe Ring treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Oracle of Ages. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki.
