A typical Woodball Supply is a cloth pouch filled with an adequate supply wooden spheres, each of which is about the size of an apple or orange. Whenever one of these balls touches so much as a drop of liquid water, it will begin to audibly hum for several seconds, before abruptly morphing into a large log almost instantaneously. A created log is about 180cm (6 feet) long, and nearly 30cm (1 ft) in diameter, and remains in its new form permanently.
Among other uses, this enables the user to quickly build a raft or wall, or drop several woodballs from above for a potent attack on a target below. Due to the properties of momentum, any ball that has been thrown but transforms mid-flight will abruptly lose almost all of its speed. With good timing, this can be used to throw a wet ball over a potential target, only for it to turn into a log immediately over the target and drop almost straight down from there.
