Eternal Youth is a trait, and a innate racial perk for Kokiri. As such, all Kokiri innately must have this treasure, even if the treasure is undesired. Normally, no other races can obtain this treasure.

Due to the magic affecting all Kokiri, members of such a race will not age, and always remain physically and mentally the equivalent of a Hylian child. This trait also prevents any supernatural effects which rely on the Kokiri's age. This effectively grants eternal life, so long as the Kokiri does not meet an untimely end. For any other race that gains this treasure, it will provide limited immortality from the moment they gain this treasure-- the user will not age, but can still be killed by many other means.

If a Kokiri transforms into another race--as with a Transformation Mask--the Kokiri will normally become a child of that race, and not age as normal. If a being of another race transforms into a Kokiri, that being's Kokiri form will appear as a child, and not age.

Notably, no player-character can be created over the age of 100, even with this trait.
