Insightful Navigator, also known simply as Perception, is a utility trait representing an aptitude for perception and navigation. When determining the cost of any treasure in the Sense field, the user may treat all aspects of her PWC score as 1 higher than they actually are, to a maximum of 5.

Insightful Navigator is a racial perk for Tiny Fairies. A Tiny Fairy can choose to acquire it as one of her perks at character creation, but if she chooses to acquire it later, it costs 15 less rupees than normal.
