A Filter Lens is a material which can be used by an Outfitter to construct a piece of Headgear or an accessory. The item itself is a strange crystal which has the uncanny trait of darkening in areas of bright light, but becoming bright in areas of darkness. The material in a Filter Lens is enough to create goggles, a mask, or other headgear, that retains the property of adjusting its brightness. Not only does it protect the wearer's eyes from bright light, to including blinding flashes such as from Deku Nuts, but enables the wearer to see clearly even darkness.
