Gift of Light is a utility trait, and a racial perk for Great Fairies. As such, a Great Fairy can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation, or gain it later as a normal treasure. A Great Fairy can gain this as a normal treasure, at 25 rupees less than cost that would be required of other races.
Due to their nature, many Fairies have a natural proficiency for Light treasures. When determining the cost of such a treasure, treat each of the user's PWC attributes as each being 1 point higher, to a maximum of 5.
