Huge Potential is a utility trait, and a racial perk for Picori. As such, a Picori can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. For a Picori, this is a standard treasure. Any other race which acquires it treats it instead as a Major treasure.
A Picori with this trait is completely unable to change its size or race with any other treasure, either willingly or unwillingly. He will always be a Picori, and cannot grow beyond a height expected of a Picori. In exchange, however, the Picori gains 1 additional point to the Power aspect of its PWC.
Any character with this trait, Picori or otherwise, may acquire Major Gain at half the cost that would otherwise need to be paid.
