Illusionist is a utility trait, and an exclusive racial perk for both Kikwi and Garo. As such, a member of either race can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. If a member of either gains this perk as a normal treasure some point after creation, the treasure costs 15 less rupees than the listed price. Since this is an exclusive racial perk, other races cannot acquire this treasure.
Trained to use magical or mundane illusions, individuals considered to be Illusionists have a natural proficiency for Illusion treasures. When determining the cost of such a treasure, treat each the user's PWC attributes as each being 2 points higher, to a maximum of 5.
