Nullrock is a simple and common, but nonetheless useful material. A Weaponsmith can imbue it into any melee weapon he can craft, but not into a shield.
A weapon crafted with this stone does not conduct heat, cold, or electricity, and is almost entirely unaffected by any of these elements. This protects the wielder from tricky foes who would channel such elements through the weapon to harm its wielder, including spells such as Weapon Curse. No portion of the weapon will melt or burn, even when submerged in molten rock. Finally, the weapon will never rust nor succumb to mold.
