Permanent Increase is a powerful utility trait. When a character gains it, one aspect of the character's PWC--Power, Wisdom, or Courage--permanently increases by 1. An aspect cannot be increased above 5 by this effect. If a character already has a total of 12 or more PWC points across his or her three attributes, this treasure cannot be gained. Otherwise, this treasure can be gained multiple times.

The first time this treasure is gained, it costs 150 rupees. If the user has gained this treasure previously, the cost increases by 50 rupees for every time it has been previously gained. As such, the second time it would cost 200 rupees, the third time it would cost 250 rupees, and so on.
