A Rupoor appears as a black rupee. If used properly, shortly after a target picks up this item, it will vanish in a poof of black smoke, and they will find their wallet a bit lighter. The rupees the target lost will instead find themselves in the hands of the user, as placer of the Rupoor, if the user is situated nearby. This treasure grants the user an effectively limitless supply of Rupoors.

Rupoor Supply itself can be used to steal up to five 5 per quest or dungeon, from monsters or other non-player characters, through the use of one or more Rupoors. This additional rupees cannot be put towards a treasure in the quest or dungeon in which they are earned. Since this is a Stock item, obtaining additional copies of it has no effect. Gaining these five rupees is a PerQuest effect, and as such, cannot be used in the same dungeon or quest as any other PerQuest effect.

The user can gain the Double Rupoor augment simultaneously with the original treasure, or separately at a later time. A character with this trait is particularly skilled with using Rupoors, and as such, can steal up to 10 rupees per quest or dungeon. This rupee gain remains a PerQuest effect which cannot be used in tandem with other treasures.

Trivia

The Rupoor Supply treasure does not appear verbatim within the official Zelda series. However, it can be interpreted to exist from context, initially so in Four Swords.
