Vile Coating is a material which a Weaponsmith or Outfitter can imbue into any item they craft. The taste of the item becomes universally grotesque. Any creature which licks or tastes the object will almost surely empty the contents of its stomach within seconds. For better or worse, however, this coating doesn't possess any notable coloring or odor, making it difficult to detect. It should go without saying that any adventurer wearing a Vile Coating will surely never find himself devoured.
