Infinite Novel is a simple, but extremely versatile, magical item. It appears as a small book, capable of fitting in one's pocket, where the pages are completely blank. To use it, one must take a pen or quill, jot down the description of an object, and rip out the page with the description on it. Approximately 1 second after the page is torn out, the page will vanish or transform, and in its place will be the object. A simple description will produce a simple and crude object, whereas paragraphs of detail is more likely to produce exactly what the user desires. Notably, pages cannot be filled out ahead of time, as whenever the novel is closed, the pages instantly "refresh"--anything written on them disappears, and any ripped-out pages regrow.
There conditions limits to the novel's power, however. The item to be manifested must meet the following limits. If the description breaks one of the limits below, the ripped-out page will remain nothing but a ripped-out page. Generally, the novel will twist any description as much as possible to not break the limits; that is, if it can produce an object matching the description, it will do so within its limits.
- Material: The item can only be made from wood, iron, bronze, crude steel, leather, crude glass, hemp rope, cloth, or some combination thereof.
- Size: The item cannot exceed half the writer's mass, nor exceed the writer's height in any dimension.
- Complexity: Highly mechanical items, unusual organic items, or any magical item cannot be summoned. In short, nothing which constitutes a treasure can be summoned.
- Number: One page can only produce one item, so a new page must be filled out for each additional item. Items which only function properly together, such as a bow and arrows, count as one item. Two swords, which can be used together, but work separately, are not counted as one item.
- Time: Any item which is manifested will transform back into a blank page after approximately 5-15 minutes.

- This treasure's ability to create a wide variety of common implements is similar to the effects of Transmogrification and Summon Implement.
- Infinite Novel was originally created on Hylian Shield, the predecessor to Hyrule Castle. The original creator is assumed to be Azul.
