A single supply of this powder can be used in the creation of a single metal weapon, shield, or piece of armor.  It can later be tempered into the metal item after creation, assuming the blacksmith is of sufficient crafting level to use all the materials of the metal item, in addition to Nonconductive Agent. Any item enhanced with this material will be unable to conduct or carry electrical charges, similar to most forms of wood or rubber.  Because of the nature of this material, any item crafted with it cannot be enchanted by a [[Shock Enchantment]], nor affected by similar treasures.

Lightning Weave Cloth appears as a purple or dark yellow, cotton-like fabric. Despite its texture and appearance, this material itself repels electric current much in the same way as modern rubber. It is a material used by an Outfitter to craft armor or other garments.

A single supply of this cloth can be used to create a tunic, cape, robe, or other garment which can cover the majority of the wearer's torso. The wearer gains a seemingly magical immunity to electricity. Any current or Electric attacks which strike the garment first will not harm the wearer, and any which strike the wearer directly are vastly reduced in power.
