Mark is a very simple, but versatile spell. Using a physical touch from the caster's fingertips, implement, or weapon, the caster places a small mark on a surface. The caster can momentarily imbue this spell into an arrow or thrown item, causing whatever surface the projectile strikes to be marked. This "mark" glows dimly, and depicts a strange symbol unique to the caster. It can be washed off with mere soap and water, however. Placing a new mark will normally replace the previous.
At will, the caster can choose to guise his own mark so its only visible to him--or anyone who can see through illusions, such as a Lens of Truth. If a "mark" is invisible in this way, there is virtually no physical trace left to detect it.
If the caster has Sense, he can use it to sense the location of a mark he has placed. If he has a Compass, it can be easily used to locate a mark he has set.

The user can gain the Infinite Marks augment simultaneously with the original treasure for an additional cost, or as a separate treasure at a later time. A caster with this augment can cast as many marks as he likes, on as many physical surfaces as he likes. To erase one, all he needs to do is cast the spell again on that exact spot.
Trivia
The Mark treasure is an original creation by one of Hyrule Castle's members. Its concept is credited to Guy.
