The Stone Mask is a defensive, magical item. This blank-expression mask, carved from stone, draped the wearer with an illusion that makes him blend into his surroundings. So long as the wearer remains still, he remains invisible, but can still be heard and felt. As with all Illusions, the Lens of Truth can negate this effect.

Trivia

  • Motionless Invisibility is a variant of this treasure. Its effect is nearly identical, but it doesn't require the user to wear a mask. Poes and Garo are able to get either treasure for the same cost, but for other races, the Stone Mask is slightly cheaper.
  • An Outfitter can treat a Stone Mask as a material for the purpose of combining its effects with other materials or treasures into one item of the Headgear or Bodygear fields. When determining how many materials the Outfitter can craft into one item, treat this item as though it had a set cost of 25 rupees.
  • The Stone Mask treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Majora's Mask. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki.
