Light Enchantment is an offensive light spell. By channeling her power into a weapon held in her hand, the user is capable of temporarily giving the weapon a righteous, smiting property. It will glow with white-yellow light, and brightly illuminate several feet (or a few meters) around it. On its next impact, the weapon will release a searing force of light, usually shocking and stunning whomever it strikes, and will simultaneously release a painfully bright flash. The damage dealt to an undead monster or entity with a Dark Affinity is greatly increased.
Because of the magical strain, a weapon cannot impact with this spell more than once a minute. With one level of Magic Power, the spell can be used every 20 seconds. With two levels of Magic Power, the spell can be used every few seconds. Any character with a Specialty in Light can use this spell indefinitely on any one weapon.

This augment can be gained multiple times. Each instance allows the caster to create one additional Light Enchantment simultaneously.
Trivia
- A weapon crafted with a Light Gem effectively has a built-in Light Enchantment.
- The Light Enchantment treasure canonically appears in the Zelda series, initially in Ocarina of Time. More information about the canonical version of this treasure can likely be found on Zelda Wiki. In canon, this treasure only appears as "Light Arrows," and only affects arrows.
