Summon Implement is a simple, but extremely versatile, summoning spell. After concentrating for a few seconds, the caster can manifest any type of common tool within arm's reach. This could be anything from a wrench to a sword, and more, but must adhere to specific limitations.

  • Material: The item can only be made from wood, iron, bronze, crude steel, leather, crude glass, hemp rope, cloth, or some combination thereof.
  • Size: The item cannot exceed half the user's mass, nor exceed the user's height in any dimension.
  • Complexity: Highly mechanical items (to include explosives), unusual living wood, or any magical item cannot be summoned. In short, nothing which constitutes a treasure can be summoned.
  • Number: The caster can only manifest one item at a time. Items which only function properly together, such as a bow and arrows, count as one item. Two swords, which can be used together, but work separately, are not counted as one item. If the caster summons a new item, it replaces the last. If the user gains this spell multiple times, he can summon another item for each instance of the spell he has.

Regardless of the item summoned, it only persists for roughly one minute, then vanishes. After the item vanishes, the caster cannot summon another item to replace it for at least one minute.
