Seed Collector is a utility technique particularly useful for Botanists, as well as anyone who likes to collect seeds.

On the Tokay homeland of Crescent Island, seeds of certain varieties are widely used in a system of bartering not unlike Hyrule's system of using rupees. As such, Seed Collector is a racial perk for those of the Tokay race. A Tokay can thus choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation, but if the Tokay would later gain this treasure normally, it costs 15 rupees less than it does for other races.
