Blizzard is an offensive spell intended to be used at close range. By thrusting their palm forward and channeling magical power out their palm, the user can unleash a steady gust of freezing winds for a few seconds, which extends outwards about the length of their arm before dissipating. The winds are coldest nearest the palm, and quickly warm the further they travel. The winds are so cold that they can cause damage to unprotected creatures in their path, and freeze liquids at close enough proximity. Given the full duration of several seconds at point-blank range, the user is capable of freezing an unprotected body part solid, disabling it.
This treasure is a racial perk for Anoukis. As such, a Anouki can choose to gain it as a perk upon character creation. If a Anouki chooses to gain this perk at some point after creation, the perk costs 15 rupees less than the listed cost.
Trivia
The Blizzard treasure does not appear verbatim within the official Zelda series. However, it does appear in Super Smash Bros. Melee. In this game, it was an ability used by Ice Climbers.
